Ipsen and Foreseen Biotechnology announced an exclusive global licensing agreement for FS001, an antibody-drug conjugate candidate with first-in-class potential. Under the agreement, Ipsen receives global rights to develop, manufacture and commercialize FS001.
FS001 was discovered through Foreseen’s proteomics and AI-enabled screening platforms and is designed to target a novel tumor-associated antigen implicated in difficult-to-treat solid tumors.
The collaboration highlights Foreseen’s ability to connect upstream target discovery with translational validation and global therapeutic development.
