Company Profile
Foreseen Biotech is an emerging biotechnology company founded in 2021 by proteomics leader Catherine C.L. Wong and backed by leading investors including Sequoia China.
The company established a proprietary platform to discover clinically relevant, highly translatable, novel targets for precision medicine. This target discovery engine comprises high-throughput proteomics, multi-omics platforms, AI analytics, and the company’s vast collection of well-characterized patient samples across multiple diseases. The target of FS001 (IPN60300), a first-in-class antibody-drug conjugate program, was discovered utilizing this platform.
Foreseen is advancing a product pipeline of therapeutic and diagnostic product candidates across multiple disease areas, including oncology, inflammatory and neurological diseases. The company executed its first worldwide license agreement for FS001 (IPN60300), at the preclinical development stage, with Ipsen in 2024 . This program is currently in a Phase I/II clinical trial in the US and Europe .
